This intimate backyard comes with a 18x36 swimming pool, large green space, an apartment for restroom and kitchen access, and ample on-site parking space. The space is great for all kinds of social events for up to 50 people. Host your Baby Shower / Gender Reveal, Sip n Paint, Anniversary / Birthday Party, Family Reunion, Wedding or Bridal Shower, Graduation Party, Game Night, and more in our beautiful backyard. Event Decor is available for an additional fee.

Garbage Cans and Liners are available. Extra Cleaning supplies are available upon request. All furniture is sanitized before and after each booking. Apartment is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. Yard is swept before each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
