16ft x 10ft acoustically treated mixing space with an attached ADR/Vocal booth. 5.1 system with stereo crossover mode. Pro Tools Ultimate (native) with a wide variety of music and post-production oriented plugin suites such as Izotope, Waves, Soundminer, Audio Ease, Antares, UVI, Slate, Nugen, Neyrinck, Fabfilter, Sound Radix, and more. A perfect space to record, edit, and mix nearfield narrative/commercial/music. The space has been used to predub award-winning narrative feature films and has even worked well as a songwriting environment due to the pleasant outdoor lounge areas and natural sunlight. Mix Room Hardware: LCR Presonus Sceptre S6 coaxial, LsRs Genelec 8030a, sub JBL LSR 4312SP, Avid S1, Focusrite Red 8Line, Rednet R1 Booth hardware: Focusrite Rednet X2p, Neve 1073 LB, Neve 551, Neve 535 (coming soon), Radial Workhorse Cube, Beyerdynamic DT700 Pro x Mic Cabinet: Shure SM7b, Dachman DA87S, Advanced Audio CM800T, and AKG C414XLS. We offer convenient rental options for a wide range of flagship DPA, Neumann, Telefunken, Sennheiser, Schoeps, AKG, and Sony microphones. Please contact us for rental catalog. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
