Cleaning Process – PreGame Social Club We take pride in keeping our space fresh, clean, and ready for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a structured cleaning routine: Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces Door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, countertops, and remote controls are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners. Furniture & Floors All furniture is wiped down. Floors are vacuumed, mopped, or swept depending on the area. Restrooms Toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures are thoroughly sanitized. Fresh hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked for each event. Kitchenette/Bar Area Surfaces, sinks, and appliances are cleaned and disinfected. Any leftover food or drink items are removed. Trash & Recycling All bins are emptied and relined. Trash is disposed of according to city/building guidelines. Air Quality Windows are opened when possible to allow airflow between events. Optional: an air purifier is run in the lounge area before guest arrival. Final Check Space is reset with furniture arranged, supplies restocked, and lighting adjusted for a welcoming atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
