Located in Englewood our lounge offers alternative and ideal space for your next party. Versatile enough to host groups up to 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 40 including dining table that seats 8 - Kitchenette equipped with sink, microwave, food warmer and mini fridge - Wi-Fi - Pool table *accessories (cues, balls, etc.) are available during office hours only. Guests must bring their own accessories if wanting to utilize the pool table after 5PM. **Reservation is for the interior lounge only. Access to outdoor areas/amenities is prohibited. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
