Our space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the Kent County Health Department and the CDC. • High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and light switches are cleaned and disinfected daily • The conference room is sanitized before each booking to ensure a safe, professional environment • In the kitchen and shared spaces, surfaces are disinfected regularly, and hand sanitizer is available for guest use • If anyone who was ill has recently used the space, we perform an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocol before the next guest arrives • Guests are asked to leave the space in the same condition they found it and use the provided trash receptacles
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
