We undergo a thorough cleaning process in our restaurant lounge that begins with preparation, gathering cleaning supplies such as disinfectants, mops, and personal protective equipment. The cleaning starts with dusting high surfaces like light fixtures, followed by wiping down tables, chairs, and high-touch areas with disinfectant. Next, the floor is swept to remove debris, and mopped with a disinfectant solution. The furniture is treated with a suitable cleaner, and leather seating receives a conditioner for maintenance. Restroom cleaning involves disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper ventilation. Windows and glass surfaces are cleaned with a glass cleaner to eliminate smudges. Final touches include rearranging furniture, adjusting lighting, and ensuring a pleasant ambiance. To maintain cleanliness, a daily checklist is implemented alongside regular deep cleaning sessions. This comprehensive approach ensures the lounge remains inviting and hygienic for guests.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
