We take great pride in maintaining Country Club Chalet to the highest standards for productions . After each booking, our team completes a detailed cleaning process that includes: Full sanitization of high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, tables, counters). Vacuuming and mopping of all floors. Bathroom refresh with disinfected fixtures, clean towels, and stocked essentials. Trash removal from all bins and replacement with fresh liners. Outdoor areas swept and tidied, including the deck and driveway. Furniture and décor reset to their original positions for the next guest. We ask that guests leave the space in the same condition they found it and place all trash in the provided bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess, equipment damage, or unauthorized activities (e.g., smoking, cooking) occur.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
