Cleaning & Maintenance We pride ourselves on maintaining our salon to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation to ensure your event runs smoothly from the moment you arrive. Our daily cleaning process includes: • Thorough Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including the central collaboration table and kitchen benchtops, are wiped down and sanitised. • Workstation & Sink Sanitization: All sinks and wash basins are thoroughly cleaned and cleared of any bowls or utensils. • Waste Management: All rubbish bins are emptied daily. • Kitchen Tidy-Up: Any used dishes are placed in the dishwasher. Our commitment is to provide a spotless and professional environment, ensuring the space is in a pristine, presentable state and ready for immediate use for your workshop or event. We ask that guests assist by leaving the space in a tidy condition upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
