We take pride in keeping our space clean, safe, and comfortable for every guest. After each booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, light switches) are disinfected Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped Bathrooms and kitchen are thoroughly sanitized Fresh linens and towels are provided if requested for shoots or gatherings Trash is removed and replaced before the next booking We allow buffer time between reservations to make sure the space is refreshed and ready for your event or production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
