At 218N, we take pride in keeping our space clean, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone who visits. Each week we do a full deep clean to ensure every area, including offices, common spaces, and restrooms, is thoroughly refreshed. In addition, we complete a daily pick-up and tidy to keep the environment neat and ready for use. Our goal is to provide a professional, well-kept space where you can focus on your work or event without distraction.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
