We take pride in keeping the event space clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest. After each event: Thorough Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms are disinfected. Floor Care – Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed to ensure the venue is spotless for the next event. Restroom Refresh – Restrooms are restocked with essentials and fully cleaned. Trash Removal – All trash and recyclables are cleared and bins are sanitized. Equipment & Furniture – Any provided tables, chairs, or rental items are cleaned and inspected for quality before being reset.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
