Welcome to our classic, elegant home in the heart of the Highland neighborhood of St. Paul. You’ll enjoy a private home for a photoshoot, product shoot, or media production. This classic home was built in 1928 and has been maintained, curated and designed by Novella House Design. PLEASE NOTE: Commercial productions and groups exceeding 12 people may be booked at an increased rate.

We have professional cleaners clean the space between each booking. Rest assured that the space will be clean and ready for whatever event you have planned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
