Logistics
Parking: full on-site lot plus free street parking. No meters or permits. Quick pull-up for load-in, then park.
Access: simple self-guided or host-assisted check-in (details provided upon booking).
Sound: suitable for interviews with standard location awareness (not a sound stage; bring mics).
Security cameras: common areas only (reception/office doorway/porch entry); no cameras in the studio shooting area, dressing/changing room, or restroom.
House rules: booked time includes setup/breakdown; overtime billed in 30-min increments; please lift (don’t drag) furniture; protect floors/paper; pets with prior approval.
Rates & headcount
Standard hourly with 2-hour minimum for shoots (higher minimums for workshops). Headcount up to ~8 is typical; larger groups by request. Custom offers available for 4+ hour blocks, recurring creators, and interview packages. Glam Closet styling can be added as an optional upgrade.
History & credibility
The greenhouse Porch began life as an actual porch—now glassed-in and transformed into a lush, light-filled shooting zone. The studio regularly hosts local brands, professionals, creators, and small teams for photo, video, and content production.
