The size of the room is perfect for bands and musician groups to perform, especially with the thick stage curtains and gobos to damped the sound to get crisp, live, high fidelity audio recordings. Floors and walls are paintable upon request and additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
