The basement features an industrial vibe with a gaming wall and several gaming tables. The racquetball court handles rowdy wally ball and racquetball games. The theater is world class and an immersive experience. The upper level has a Hobbit home to delight little ones and adults. Decorated by the architect of the home to provide a wish for the Make A Wish Foundation. The one acre property features a beautiful pool, hot tub, grassy area and playground.

The high traffic areas of the home are cleaned weekly. Lower traffic areas are cleaned every other week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
