The Cherry Blossom Villa is a luxury private estate & event venue in Northern California where your dream gathering becomes a reality. From large events to intimate gatherings; curate the perfect experience at our 30-acre secluded property. Weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, corporate events, retreats, family reunions - and more - are all enjoyed here. Our unique venue offers an expansive outdoor area featuring a tree-lined backyard, sparkling pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dining & lounge areas. There is ample space for rented tables and chairs to be placed for your outdoor event. Guests can wander the property and enjoy magical tree-lined walks, a garden area, and lawn games. Sunsets over the Diablo range provide the perfect golden-hour photo opportunities. Indoors, we have 3500sf of tastefully decorated space, including vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, appliances, and supplies is ready for your group. Three spacious full bathrooms, one with direct access to the backyard, are available for your use. The Cherry Blossom Villa is an entertainment oasis with a game room showcasing a full bar, regulation-size billiard table, game table, 65" Smart TV, and karaoke machine. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
