Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe, professional, and comfortable experience for every guest. Pre-Session Cleaning: The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, and props. Post-Session Reset: After every session, we reset the space — wiping down equipment, sanitizing seating areas, and replacing any used linens or backdrops. Deep Cleaning: A full deep-clean of the studio is performed on a regular schedule to maintain a pristine environment. Guest Responsibility: Guests are asked to remove all personal items and dispose of trash at the end of their session so the next booking can start on time in a clean space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
