My space is perfect for podcast production, Long form video recordings, or interview settings. There is a mini fridge to store drinks as well as a breville barista espresso machine. There is a bathroom about 30 feet away but is not located inside of my 400 sqft unit.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
