Before Your Event: The lounge, bar, restrooms, and dining areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All tables, seating, and surfaces are disinfected, and glassware, plates, and utensils are polished and prepared. During Your Event: Our staff maintains cleanliness throughout, promptly clearing tables, refreshing restrooms, and keeping the space organized so you can focus on enjoying your celebration. After Your Event: A deep clean is performed immediately following each event to ensure the venue is spotless and ready for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
