🧹 Cleaning & Sanitation at The Shah Ranch At The Shah Ranch, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and care to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and worry-free experience. ✨ Our Cleaning Process Includes: Professional Cleaning Crew – Our property is cleaned and detailed before every guest stay or event by trained professionals. Deep Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, remotes, countertops, appliances, light switches) are disinfected using hospital-grade cleaners. Bedrooms & Linens – All bedding, towels, and linens are freshly laundered for every new group of guests. Mattresses and pillows have protective covers. Bathrooms – Fully sanitized and stocked with fresh toiletries, towels, and paper goods. Kitchen & Catering Areas – Counters, sinks, appliances, and dishware are cleaned and disinfected before each use. For events, the catering kitchen is prepared to vendor-ready standards. Event Spaces – The Glasshouse Suite, patios, and outdoor furniture are wiped down and arranged before each booking. HVAC & Air Quality – Air filters are regularly replaced, and indoor spaces are ventilated prior to guest arrival. 🛠️ Between Events & Stays Full Reset – After each stay or event, the property undergoes a complete reset: furniture arranged, décor refreshed, lawn cleared, and outdoor fireplace cleaned. Trash & Waste – All trash, recycling, and catering waste are removed promptly. Outdoor Areas – Patios, fireplaces, and lawn spaces are cleaned and prepped for the next guests. 🧴 Event-Specific Options For weddings, retreats, and corporate gatherings, we can also provide: Day-of Cleaning Crew (restroom refresh, trash management, event reset). Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
