We take pride in keeping our venue clean, safe, and ready for every guest. After each event or studio session, the space is thoroughly sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, seating, and restrooms. Floors are swept and mopped, trash is removed, and the entire venue is reset to a fresh, welcoming state. Guests are encouraged to clean up personal items and equipment, while our team ensures the venue meets professional standards of cleanliness before the next booking.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
