Our space is production-friendly and ideal for film shoots, photo sessions, interviews, and creative projects. The 3BR / 2Bath layout offers multiple backdrops in one location, with natural light and stylish décor that make it camera-ready with minimal setup. Crews will appreciate 1 onsite parking spot for easy equipment drop-off, plus additional safe street parking. The quiet residential neighborhood ensures uninterrupted filming, while exterior cameras provide added peace of mind. We welcome small to mid-sized crews (up to 12–15 people) and can accommodate full-day bookings with discounted rates for 8+ hours. Furniture can be rearranged with prior approval, and the host will be onsite to assist as needed.

The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. High-touch areas are sanitized, and bathrooms/kitchen are deep cleaned. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
