About VIVO Media Arts Centre
VIVO Media Arts Centre is a cultural hub and non-profit located in East Vancouver. Our venue includes a large Studio Space and a Media Lab, perfect for production shoots, rehearsals, screenings, performances, workshops, and private events. Booking with VIVO means more than renting space. You gain access to a venue designed for artists, producers, and creative professionals, equipped with industry-standard gear and flexible layouts. Our Studio and Media Lab support a wide range of services, including film shoots, live events, editing, and post-production. As a non-profit, we reinvest rental income into community programs, archives, and resources that support independent voices. We hire professional cleaners to clean the venue after each event so it's ready for the next client.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
