About VIVO Media Arts Centre
VIVO’s fully accessible Multipurpose Room, also known as the Media Lab, can be configured for a versatile range of activities, such as:
- Meetings and small private events
- Personal and commercial photoshoots
- Test screenings and movie nights
- Film, video, and audio production/editing
The Multipurpose Room includes:

We hire professional cleaners to clean the venue after each event so it's ready for the next client.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
