Cleaning Process Before Guests Arrive Wipe down all high-touch surfaces (tables, counters, light switches, doorknobs). Vacuum and mop floors. Sanitize bathroom and restock with fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Arrange furniture neatly and make sure décor looks inviting. During the Booking Provide guests with trash bags or bins for easy cleanup. Encourage guests to tidy as they go. After Guests Leave Collect and remove all trash and recyclables. Check for damages or items left behind. Reset furniture and décor to original setup. Lightly clean kitchen/bathroom surfaces if used. Do a final walkthrough to ensure the space is spotless and ready for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
