Rooster Run Venue is a secluded, rustic retreat in Rutledge, Tennessee. We offer our property for weddings, family reunions, church gatherings, birthday parties, and weekend getaways. An adjacent meadow can host ceremonies and receptions of about 100 guests, with electricity, basic tables/chairs, and plenty of space for dancing or games. The property features a stocked creek where guests can fish and relax. Visitors enjoy the peaceful countryside, views, and photo‑worthy backdrops around the farm. We provide parking and allow you to bring your own catering, alcohol, or live music, which is permitted with prior approval. Whether you envision a country‑style wedding, a family celebration, or a tranquil weekend in nature, Rooster Run’s flexible spaces can accommodate your plans.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
