An eclectic historic home from 1838 with an 1800s Carriage House that has been renovated and is functioning as a working film and music studio. The 2 acre grounds offer many possibilities for outdoor shoots. The house has many rooms with varying possibilities. For out of town production crews there is the option to use up to 3 bedrooms for overnight accommodations. (Additional fees apply)
The property is located in Albany, near University of Albany, close to NY Thruway and Route 90. There are many restaurants and amenities both walkable and nearby.
You essentially have 3 locations in one, with the Main House, Carriage House and beautiful park like outdoor gardens and settings.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
