Cleaning & Reset Process We ask that all guests leave the space in the same condition they found it. Our staff will handle deep cleaning and sanitization, but the following applies to all rentals: Basic Cleanup by Guests Remove personal items, decorations, and anything you brought in. Collect and bag trash and place it in designated bins. Wipe up any spills immediately to prevent damage. Venue Cleaning Services Duo Houston staff will handle sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitization, and resetting the furniture/studios. For large-scale events (parties, concerts, raves, etc.), a mandatory cleaning fee may be applied. Excessive Mess / Damages Guests are responsible for any damages, stains, or excessive messes beyond normal use. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply. Catering & Bar Service If you use our in-house café/bar, our staff will handle all food and beverage cleanup. If outside catering is approved, caterers must remove all supplies, food, and trash at the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
