Our home is Modern with a gourmet style kitchen w/ white marble granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, large center island, and back splashed tile. Solar panels on roof making our home green and efficient. Our modern kitchen is versatile and ideal for production needs, business meetings, or content shoots. The open kitchen and dining area provide plenty of space for your team to work comfortably and creatively. The sitting room area is bright and inviting with mid-century modern furniture and decor. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
