Our venue is cleaned daily by our onsite porters, ensuring the space is always fresh and ready for your event. From common areas to restrooms, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness so you and your guests can feel comfortable and cared for.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
