Filming or photography for projects, movies, branding, commercials or video production. Bright professional kitchen is open to living room and dining area. Vaulted ceilings. The house can be used for different areas including a gym with professional equipment and swim spa for film. There is a large office that doubles as a family room, a wet bar area, 3-Full bathrooms, outdoor living space with decks, patio, and gardens, and a bedroom with restrictions. Beautiful shoreline area on Saybrook Point, only a seasonal water view, but within minutes or less than 1/4 to 1/2 mile for difference areas of water access.

I clean and hire professional services as needed. Cleaning supplies, and hand wipes are available, quest towels for bathrooms. Limited bookings and spaced accordingly. Guest are responsible to put items back where found. I personally use the space for business and mostly work from home and consult outside of the home Tuesday through Thursday mornings to early afternoon. I can work from any room remotely or take it elsewhere. If I am personally working with a brand to use the home then a booking would not be made.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
