leaning Process We take pride in keeping the space fresh and welcoming for every guest. The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Hand soap, paper towels, and trash bins are provided on site for your convenience. Guests are expected to return the space in the condition it was found. Please remove trash, personal items, and decorations at the end of your booking. A cleaning fee may apply for larger events or if additional services are requested.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
