Guests are responsible for leaving the yard in the same clean and orderly condition as they received it, including removal of all trash and personal items. If guests prefer not to handle cleaning, they have the option to pay a one-time cleaning fee of $390. This fee covers the cost of professional cleaning and preparation of the outdoor space for the next booking. We appreciate guests’ respect for the space to ensure a great experience for all.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
