Parking is simple, with driveway access and ample free street parking nearby. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways. Our Cleaning Process: Your health, safety, and comfort are a top priority at Shady Grove. Between every booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a licensed professional cleaning team. - High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters, and tables) are disinfected. - Bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized with hospital-grade cleaners. - Linens and soft materials are refreshed after each stay or event. - Outdoor areas are tidied and reset for a welcoming experience. - We allow time between bookings to ensure enhanced cleaning and full preparation. Our goal is to provide guests with a space that feels spotless, safe, and ready for unforgettable gatherings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
