The apartment includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a Nescafé coffee maker (coffee, pods, and tea provided), and a bathroom with a shower. Towels can be provided upon request. Located in a prime Santa Monica neighborhood (Mid-City/Silicon Beach), the apartment is next door to major studios like Goop, Reddit, Lionsgate, and Hulu. Enjoy nearby spots just steps away: Café Ruisseau for your morning coffee or lunch, Tiato for a midday break or happy hour. Offhand Wine Bar just a few blocks away for a post-shoot glass of wine.

Apartment is cleaned after each booking and a housekeeper cleans the apartment weekly. If needed, a more thorough cleaning can be requested in advance. Please note that if you have allergies to dogs, you may want to skip booking as there might still be some dog fur from when our dog lived here (he now lives in our other home but can come by for a visit if requested!)
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
