We are a creative hub for production and events in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. We are located in a fully renovated 1920s industrial space in Sunset Park that was once a patisserie and paint distribution factory. The ground floor is a 4,700 sq. ft. pristine event venue with 17 ft. ceilings and exclusive street level access delivered as a flexible white box with authentic historic architectural details that retain hints of the building’s past. The ground floor event space is ideal for photo shoots, music video production, film shoots, brand collaborations, fashion shows, art installations, lectures, weddings, parties and dinners. A large central skylight provides dynamic natural light. Two historic steel support columns were left intentionally in their found condition to add warmth and authenticity to the architecture. Also available: Studio 10 on the second floor is 600 square feet with 10 ft. ceilings that can accommodate exhibitions, workshops, lectures, performances and photoshoots. And the roof deck is available for intimate gatherings, photoshoots and film screenings during the warmer months with views of historic Sunset Park. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
