About The Majic Factory
The Majic Factory is the perfect venue for film shoots, photo shoots, events, private gatherings, dinner parties, workshops and salons. The Majic Factory is a 7500sf indoor/outdoor campus in the heart of Echo Park, on Echo Park Lake. The Majic Factory is located in the original Echo Park Clubhouse & Library built in 1908 (This is where silent screen legends Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks would hang out.) Our property features a grand indoor reception hall with an 18' vaulted ceiling, Sapphire Room (Green Room), full kitchen, outdoor patios, recording studio, offices, and a whimsical garden/orchard, including: citrus, avocado, apple, mango, fig and pomegranate trees. And to top it off - plenty of free parking!

We keep the venue very clean, but it is also an art house, so sometimes you might find us painting or building props, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
