The space This hip and cool space has an industrial feel to it and set against an urban view of business parks, high rises and spaghetti junctions it feels like you could be staying in a mini warehouse in Berlin. This luxurious flat has two comfortable king-size bedrooms. Where you can unwind and experience tranquillity amidst the urban buzz. You'll enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on our plush mattresses with high-quality linen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower that provides a refreshing start to your day. We've stocked it with all the necessary toiletries, so you can travel light and still feel pampered. For added practicality, there's a separate utility space, tucked away for your laundry needs and other conveniences. On the top floor, the open-plan living area is a stylish and inviting space. Lounge on the comfortable sofa, bask in the natural light streaming through the windows, and soak in the urban views that stretch before you. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with modern amenities, making meal preparation a breeze. Guest access You will have private access to the whole apartment for the duration of your stay. Please be aware that there is a staircase leading up to the apartment. Other things to note For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gatherings in our apartments. Age limit is 25 years or older (unless accompanied by parents) Guests are required to verify their identification before check-in. Guests will receive an e-rental agreement which must be e-signed prior to arrival. Please note, a £300 security deposit is required before check-in information is released. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Check-in time is from 3pm. Checkout time is 10am. Additional charges: Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check out later or check in earlier. We can not accommodate luggage drop off’s outside of check in/check out arrangements made with us.
