Our space includes a street level storefront with a washroom. Located right beside a bus stop at a major intersection in the west end, guests will enjoy your fun, vibrant, and maximalist space for photography, pop-ups, workshops, casual gatherings, podcast recording, and so much more.

Between each rental period, our team comes in to clean the space to remove any excess garbage, broom sweep the space, and clean the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
