It can be furnished or cleared. Open to collaborated and sponsored pop-ups as well. The studio features one large, fully furnished main room, lit, and decorated and one private bathroom. It also features 14 Hue smart light bulbs in the ceiling that can be controlled as a unit, independently, and in full color. RECORDING SOUND? This location is on a quiet street, and there have been videos recorded here, but it is not a sound stage. EQUIPMENT/PROPS Any available tech/props in the space is included in the rate should you want to use any of it.
