About the Space
Enjoy the welcoming environment of a spectacular hill country residence just 25 minutes from downtown Austin with expansive views. You will have access to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, beautiful courtyard with swimming pool, and several large living areas with ample seating. The space is well suited for things like corporate or leadership retreats, business meetings, club meetings and bridal / baby showers. There are multiple areas that can be used including two indoor areas with table seating for up to 8 people each, two living areas with casual seating for up to 8 people each, and an exterior courtyard with table seating for 8-12 people each. Access is provided to over 2000 square feet of air-conditioned interior space and more than 2500 square feet of exterior space.

Space is thoroughly cleaned after each rental and all surfaces are wiped down with disinfecting wipes.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
