🧼 Cleaning Process We take great pride in keeping our home spotless, comfortable, and photo-ready for every guest. Before each booking: • The entire space is professionally cleaned and sanitized. • High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, handles, light switches, etc.) are disinfected. • All floors, furniture, and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned. • Fresh linens and towels (if applicable) are provided. • Outdoor patios are swept and staged. After each booking: • We inspect and sanitize all used areas. • Any rearranged furniture or décor is reset for the next guest. • Trash is removed, and the space is reset to its original pristine condition. We kindly ask guests to: • Leave the space as they found it. Please tidy up and remove all trash or props. • Wipe up spills and return any moved items to their original place. • Notify us of any damages immediately so we can address them promptly. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
