This 736 sq ft creative studio in the heart of DUMBO is perfect for photoshoots, film projects, content creation, and small group events. The open floor plan allows flexible setups for portrait, fashion, product, or editorial shoots, while the controlled lighting environment (no windows) ensures perfect consistency for photography and video work. Guests can easily customize the layout to fit their vision, from building sets and shooting content to hosting small workshops or sample production. The studio’s clean, industrial aesthetic makes it ideal for both artistic and commercial use. Equipped with professional lighting options, seamless backdrops, and a comfortable lounge area, this space offers privacy, versatility, and full creative freedom for any project. This space has and can be used for small to medium-sized parties and events, such as workshops, baby birthdays, dinners, friends' events, etc. But please keep in mind, the equipment will be pushed to the back of the space, closed off/covered. It WILL NOT be completely removed from the space. It will cause no distractions or take up too much of the studio space.

Guests are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Please remove all personal items, trash, and props, and return furniture and equipment to their original positions. Wipe down any surfaces or gear used during your session, and sweep or spot clean if necessary. Avoid using confetti or materials that are difficult to clean without prior approval. All garbage should be placed in the provided bins, and if full, tied and left neatly by the door. Before leaving, ensure all lights and devices are turned off, and return the key card to the lockbox. A light cleaning fee covers routine sanitizing, but guests are responsible for maintaining general tidiness during their booking
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
