INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 23 - Table with 6 chairs - Conversational seating area - Kitchenette equipped with sink, mini fridge, and microwave - 2 small outdoor patios; one that seats 2, another that seats 8 - Wi-Fi FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
