About K&D South Company
Our space works well for dance, fitness and wellness rehearsal/classes with 4 studios available. It can also be used for birthday parties, photo shoots, workshops, art classes etc. Each studio has a sound system with Bluetooth and the option to close the blinds for privacy or lighting. We have a lobby with 2 bathrooms and benches for seating.

We have a professional cleaner. The space is also continually cleaned by hired staff.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
