A warm, architect-designed event and production space in Williamsburg, one block from the Grand St L train, created for creative productions, private events, and cultural gatherings. Completed in 2025, the space balances industrial volume with a fully considered interior, offering a flexible backdrop for photo and video shoots, pop-ups, exhibitions, and intimate events.
The layout is open and adaptable: a single 2,100 sq ft floor plate with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and skylights that bring in natural light during the day. The space includes a fully built wet bar with hand sink, a 50-lb ice machine, and a commercial merchandiser refrigerator, making it well suited for hosted events and beverage service.
Designed and constructed by Office of Tangible Space, the interior was built as a permanent environment rather than a temporary venue—clean, restrained, and intentional.
