Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio and workspace are cleaned and sanitized after each booking to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, and light switches are disinfected, and floors are swept and mopped regularly. Props and furniture are wiped down between sessions, and all trash must be placed in the designated bins before departure. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for everyone who visits.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
