History and Vibe of the Space: Once a 1908 car dealership that later became a Mercedes Benz showroom and repair shop, this building has been transformed into a modern production studio while still retaining its industrial character. Exposed finishes, high ceilings, and flexible layouts give it a creative edge perfect for both professional and artistic projects. Located in the heart of downtown Jeffersonville, IN, the studio sits just steps away from the Ohio River, the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, and the scenic riverwalk. Guests can enjoy the charm of the neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants, historic candy makers, vintage boutiques, and small city parks all within walking distance. We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and safe experience. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, chairs, and equipment. Floors are swept and mopped, and restrooms and kitchen areas are sanitized regularly. For productions or events with equipment rentals, all gear is wiped down and disinfected prior to use. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available onsite for guests throughout their booking. Our team follows current health and safety recommendations so that whether you’re filming, recording, or hosting a workshop, the space feels fresh, professional, and ready to use.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
