Health and Safety Measures

Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. Before and after each event, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all tables, chairs, bar areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. We use restaurant-grade cleaning products and follow enhanced hygiene standards to ensure your event starts in a spotless setting. The kitchen and bar areas are sanitized according to local health and safety regulations, and all linens, dishware, and glassware are freshly cleaned before each use. For longer events or full-day rentals, staff can perform light touch-ups during the event to keep the space tidy. Guests are kindly asked to remove personal items and dispose of waste properly at the end of their booking — our team will handle the deep cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
