Before Every Event Deep Cleaning: All floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. High-Touch Areas: Door handles, light switches, tables, and chairs are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Air Quality: We air out and ventilate the venue to maintain a fresh atmosphere before guests arrive. Event Setup: All rental furniture and décor are inspected, cleaned, and arranged to your specifications. After Every Event Full Reset: The venue is restored to pristine condition with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization of all areas. Waste Removal: Trash and recycling are cleared promptly, ensuring an eco-friendly cleanup process. Final Inspection: Our team conducts a detailed walk-through to ensure the space meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
